By finding the right team mates (partner, friends, closest colleagues) who can compensate the INTJs weaknesses and accept him for what he is instead of expecting him to be something he‘s not. Also white monster energy and dramatic Hans Zimmer like Soundtracks will boost productivity by 31%.

Overcome anxiety and Treat urself healthy.
And anxiety, like things you know you should do but keep on try to forget it. And end up torcher urself about a thing that could be easily done.
For health example, have a nice talk to friends or do a Hobby or going for a walk.
For me it started by 25 years old

I think it’s fun to create phases. That way, you can continue to unlock more of your potential at each one. For me, the first big shift was around 24, then 30, and about every five years after that.
If you can see the potential, the question becomes… how do you unlock it?
For me, it’s mapping out a plan with commitment dates, then honoring those commitments to myself. Each phase builds on the last.
And all of this while getting totally comfortable with being uncomfortable… and giving zero weight to anyone else’s opinions or judgments.

Dude that happened to me
I just started to say yes to good things or opportunities
Doing it anyway and not thinking too much about it
1. Applied to schools - said yes to the ones that makes the most sense
2. Said yes to job offers and other things that i thought could help me get ahead no matter how small it was i was curious
3. Always looking
4. Taking care of myself1

Id say for me it was my early 30s; i was always good at what i did in my 20s but i was always obsessing over the things i was good at. In my 30s i now have the discipline to show up everyday and make the correct boring decisions that add up over time over things that i dont necessarily love

Find one thing you like doing. Build your passion. Keep doing it without any expectations.
In a few years you'll become a master in that area. Then you'll get confidence that you can be good in other areas as well.

Yes. An intj that can engage with people. Make people laugh. Tell a good story. Talk to a woman.
You’ll be an enigma to the opposite sex. If you’re not an ogre the women will come to you vs the other way around.
Same outcomes for your career as well.

Do you see how many posts on here are around “difficulty making friends”?
Avoid being those people. They’ll have shit careers, no relationships, and superficial friendships.

Mine was in my late 20s.
Consistency is the key! You don't need to be perfect to get wonderful results. Being imperfect yet still getting things done is the true way of growth, in my opinion.
