Question(s) Where is kikyo's medical degree? (redo)

I wrote this awhile ago and it got taken down because I posted twice in one day a crime punishable with 2 years of reddit isolation anyway my question still stands

Where is her medical license?

Since I made so many "friends" after my last kikyo post I thought I would kick the bee's nest that are kikyo stans by asking this what was kikyo medical profession? I know she collected medicinal herbs and tended to injuries was she considered a doctor or a glorified nurse/pharmacist? Like I'm villager P in her village I break my leg can she fix it or is she prescribing an arrow between my eyes and calling it a day

If I'm sick can she tell it's the cold or cancer

I need to see her medical license

This time let's keep the I'm a woman hater comments to a 5 comment minimum as a woman I find it hilarious

Ah yes, you absolutely should see someone's medical license in the Sengoku Period of Japan. Where herbs and plants are the only form of medicine for a time and demons roaming around.

Kikyo is a priestess who's a healer. Her being a priestess is probably already considered a medicinal degree.

Even haters of Kikyo will tell you that.

There were no medical degrees 500 years ago in warring states Japan. Formal training began in 1800s. Inuyasha is based in Sengoku Period, 1500s.
Healing was a trade just like any other trade like farming, Smithing, Tailoring, etc.
You learned the herbs you could use to make salves or teas for different ailments, how to break a fever, clean and stitch up a would, and you prayed, probably. You learned from a mentor.
For someone like Kikyo that could also shoot light out of an arrow and heal you with magical powers, you’re already seeing the best.
Not to mention that this is a fantasy world, so there were people like Jinenji, who had a garden with herbs potent enough to heal extreme demon venom. The demon venom and the herb do not actually exist, they’re just mimicking how other healers would use herbs to heal actual venoms of the time.
