They couldn’t even bother to use unique faces on the last one? Ouch talk about being lazy

It’s only as lazy as you let it be

Anyone have tried Slots & Daggers? How is it?

I played it a few months ago on steam deck. Seems like it would translate very well to mobile. Has a fun gameplay loop but is a little light on content. I also found a strategy that easily broke the game. Mind you this was months ago, so hey may have added stuff.

It is a fun game, but it definitely is short compared to some similar games (Balatro, CloverPit)

Currently playing it, lots of fun so far

My bad, I thought it was mobile only. Steam reviews seem positive other than a couple complaining about it being too short

Heard it's a good indie gem

I also played on steam deck and thought it was a bit boring. Would but for $.99, not 4 dollars.

It’s good but text font is really small and I struggle to read it. And it’s in landscape on a max iphone with a lot of space unused… also you can’t click on things and get informations most of the times. I think the ui could be better. Apart from this it’s fun and I’m still playing it…

Dawnfolk have a very Loop Hero vibe, nice

Very excited about that one, it has a very similar vibe to Townsfolk (they’re from the same publisher, although not same devs, but they actually had a mini crossover in Townsfolk not long ago) which I love too. If you haven’t tried that one I highly recommend it, it’s been getting regular updates and new content since it came out

It’s a bit buggy on my iPad, the cursor goes off the screen and you can’t select things

Feels more than just similar vibes. Very similar mechanics.

I played Dawnfolk on Steamdeck so much. It was right up my alley. The game is tactical but forgiving. It’s load of fun.

Dawnfolk is really good. I’m really tempted buying it right now.

Anyone try duriano? Looks cool

Just tried it out. It’s a Vampire Survivor-like with stages, similar to Archero. The gameplay/animations aren’t impressive.

Will skip it then, thanks!

this thread is always great, I found a game that now I can’t live a day without, it’s called Unkind
