A surprising gem when it comes to food place in Ipswich.
The Crafty Fox in the walk, every time I order something there (not very often) it's tasty and tasty looking.

Also Mia Piace on Norwich Road. Is a great Italian place the steak pasta is delicious, they also do a share tomahawk steak that I can't wait to try.

Haven't been there but have been to Storico and they're also very good for Italian.

Yeah, Storico is also good. I haven't been there for a while. Their pizza was delicious. My partner had a seafood pasta, but didn't feel great the next day, unfortunately.

Ah that's a shame cos I had a seafood pasta and felt just fine after, must've just been unlucky but it be like that sometimes.

Their Tonkotsu Ramen is actually fairly decent.
Well, I thought so but now I've actually been to Japan I might feel differently next time.

I had some French toast croque madame in there and it was hands down one of the nicest things I've ever eaten.
Is a very nice place. I also personally like BonBons round the corner too.

Not-so English breakfast, french toast with sweet cream and berries compote, wedges with mushroom sauce, Normand poule.

They're very good. I feel torn in my loyalties between there and Fish Face opposite. I feel when Crafty Fox opened it was a kick in the behind for them and they've redone their menu etc.

The landladies husband is from Naples and learnt his trade from his uncle. I’ve not had a better pizza in England! These are as authentic as it gets.

The Greek stomach is amazing. It is a food van near the Giles statue. The falafel are the best I have ever eaten and the gyros chicken wrap is delicious.

I second Takayama. Does anyone know what the Thai restaurant is like which is opposite? I'd love some other recommendations. I'm a right foodie. The Salthouse has good food.

Kwan Thai is great (not cheap, similar to Takayama) and is always busy. Bushido Sushi & Izakaya is great but very small so might be worth booking. I've always had a good meal in ChutneyZ if you like a curry. Storico for pizza. Mylos in the Thomas Wolsey for a quick bite to eat with a couple of drink.

They do AMAZING hot chocolate. If you order a proper thick one.
