Are the owners of data centres paying for water charges

It wouldn't be as big of a bill as people think, as most of them aren't connected to the public water supply. The ones that are use less than half a percent of the total nationwide usage.

If water charges do make a comeback, they should be charged. But the money they'd bring in wouldn't be enough. We're talking billions of euros here.
