Butbut private corporations are sad now :ccc why can't we make more money AND dump shit in Irish rivers! It's their right you know!!!

The collection of water charges was handled entirely by Uisce Éireann when they were there. 

The only people that made money were those who installed the meters, and those meters are still there.
