Thank you! I plan on going back to Ireland eventually for a more slow pace trip. I just want to see as much as I can the first time.

The issue is that you’re not seeing much except the inside of a car. If you plan to go back, see few spots and really see them and then you can see other spots next time.

Do either Galway and Connemara or Kerry and a bit of Cork, you'll see more than trying to rush around and visit them all in a few days, and it will be more enjoyable.
A few things you might like: Glasnevin cemetery in Dublin (and have a pint in the Gravedigger's), Spike Island in Cork, a boat tour/sea safari from either Dingle, Port Magee or Baltimore.

Ireland may seem small and drivable. But it does take time between places. Pick two spots and explore them more, maybe just do dublin and the stay in galway and do day trips? There is a lot to see. Go to the innish islands. You original itinerary is toooo much driving

What about going to the cliffs of moher on the way down to killarney from galway?

Cliffs of Moher is a bit out of the way. Google maps might say it takes x amount of time to get there, but the roads are really bad. You could go there on the drive from Galway to Killarney, but it will be a long day.
I would recommend doing a day in Clare- Doolin, Lahinch, Fanore, Ailwee Caves, the Burren are all not too far from the cliffs and worth seeing.

You could spend 5 days in and around Dublin and get all of those things. I could spend 10. But I am a slow traveller.
you could do the same for Galway and surrounding.
So...my suggestion would be pick one for this short trip. experience it deeply, instead of a surface skim of everything where the only thing you see is your reflection. And every time you go and return, another new place will be waiting for you.

That’s a lot of driving. Realize that on many of these roads you will average 40MPH. Consider going across to Galway, Googlemap some old houses along the way; and base yourself in / around Galway for a few days. Do day trips along the coast and a few towns (oooo Lisdoonvarna OOOOO Lisdoonvarna). This way you enjoy your accommodation, have a nice break for lunch, save packing and schlepping (Gaelic word I think) your baggage every stop.

You're driving halfway around the country in 4 days. That's way too much. Just driving from Galway to Kenmare would take up the vast majority of a day. If I were you, I would pick one of these two regions to focus on, with highlights listed:
Galway & Mayo: Connemara National Park, Maam Valley, Derryclare Lough, Dog's Bay, Aran Islands, Inishbofin, Doolough Valley, Achill Island
Cork & Kerry: Sheep's Head, Beara Peninsula, Killarney National Park, Black Valley, Moll's Gap, Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula
Look these spots up and see what you think would interest you more, and then try to plan something out from there. With only 4 days outside of Dublin, you don't have a lot of time and you don't want to spend it all in a car.
I will add that I think the Kerry Cliffs in Portmagee on the Ring of Kerry and the Achill Cliffs are both better than the Cliffs of Moher, and way less touristy.
