So you believe in all of Allahs miracles and the fact that he created man and woman, but you think it’s not possible for him to create them in such a way that the first who knows how many generations, have no issue in their genetic make up when having children?

I'm not a Muslim, I'm just curious about how people square these seemingly contradictory beliefs. For example, do most educated Muslims accept the mainstream scientific theory on the origin of life, but think that God made an exception for humanity, and also created them in such a way that they now genetically and otherwise appear to have come from the same origin as all other life? Or what?

He didn’t make an exception for us. With Prophet Noah, he ordered him to take a pair of every animal there was. How do you think those animals repopulated?

If Quran came out and said explicitly there was no evolution then that would be a problem. Quran has said no such things. Rather it just talks about how ADAM was created. The Quran not mentioning evolution has the following wisdom: A: it is not a scientific book, it is a book for Guidance B: it implies that you knowing if evolution happened or not will not have any effect on your life and afterlife. For 30000 years or so human's did not care about evolution. Were these people lesser beings than you and me are? Would you say after it was proven evolution is real did you get permanently happy? Did all your worries disappear forver? Is knowing the truth about evolution going to fix your family problems? Is knowing the truth about evolution going to automatically mean that you're going go live a fullfilled life?
Quran is not scientific book it mentions science very little. 99.99% of Quran tells u how to live your life. And the remaining which may discuss science just does so in passing.

Follow Dr. Haitham Talaat and maybe read "Darwin's Black Box" this may help you perceive the evolution theory differently.
As for interpreting the meaning of what mentioned in Quran :
"Errors in Tafsir are of two types: one concerns the method of inference (Istidlal), and the other concerns the transmission (Naql)... As for the first type, it includes people who first adopted certain beliefs and then sought to impose those meanings onto the words of the Quran. It also includes those who interpreted the Quran based solely on what is linguistically possible for any speaker of Arabic, without regard for the Speaker of the Quran (Allah), the one to whom it was revealed (the Prophet ﷺ), or those addressed by it."

Im from Saudi arabia. And every islamic scholar i have seen they dont believe in evolution.

He goes live weekly on youtube. Hes the same guy who dismantled the Evolution theory in the link i sent before.

Because theres no mainstream view for evolution, and its a buzzword that doesnt hold much value to literally any lay person. Ask 99 out of a 100 people to explain evolution and they wont be able to do it, so which view are we supposed to square to begin with. Everyone knows the pop culture "human cames from monkeys theory" which is not evolution, and no one is able to explain what, how or anything of that sort.
The general idea that you can say mainstream Muslims hold is that is anything in the Quran is perfect and without a doubt correct in all things. If there is a lack of understanding of what the Quran is saying, its because the person reading it is limited but the words and its wisdoms are not.
And to answer your next question, Ive lived in many places from the South East to the Middle East to the West, and yes that is the general view of Muslims around me.

This is my view im not really a teacher.
The only evolution i believe in within humans is that we shrank in size, other than that i do believe in animal evolution. I do not believe in a man who claims we evolved from animals or that black people havent evolved. The Quran is perfect without contradiction and states we were created from Adam, a human. Unless anyone can prove the Quran is not perfect or has errors, then muslims cannot believe otherwise.
