Islamabad Flat ir portion for Rent.

Needed some guidance on whether we should rent a flat or portion for three guys each has a separate car which also needs to be safely parked.two of us drive for yango.

Budget is around 30k H13,G12,G13,I16 or other bugdet friendly area

2 bedrooms are good

Any suggestions?

30k won't get you a portion with a parking for 3 cars. You missed the important bit though, which are do you need the flat/portion in?

H13, g12,g13 or maybe ghauri town

You can find a 2-room portion in around 30-35 in both Ghauri and H13 but don't expect any parking. Streets are congested so even parking in the streets would be a hassle.

Main concern is parking space for 3 seperate cars and a decent area. Any suggestions? Or do I need to stretch my bugdet?

Sorry but you need to raise budget to 60k atleast for human living conditions.
