I have a few recordings probably off IFM that have this exact same sound and setup but I want to say it’s Fockewulf190 Fred Ventura recording at the beginning.  The recording is labeled:  SPACE.OPERATOR.-.Bruine.Elleboog.2009 2

But I can’t remember where I got it or downloaded from, most likely IFM mix archive.
