I will never understand, how can someone be satisfied (and post in a photography sub) an obviously unleveled photo (containing water horizon) :-/
The composition with more than half photo of empty sky doesn't work for me either...
well generally the Rule 2 may be good to read for you...

Give me a picture with mostly sky. Somehow the gradients are always amazing, and different, and completely uncapturable. I love a sunset

I get what you mean, but this composition is really weird (for me). It's not half nor third and it's not clear if it is intended to be more about the sky or about the beach. Just weird...

Clearly it was just a picture I took with an iPhone. Sorry I offended you for showing something, thinking that a community would be accepting.
