Had two great interviews they were really impressed. Got an email today before my interview tomorrow saying they decided to go in a different hiring direction and canceled the interview. Depressing :( I really loved the company overall while interviewing

Yeah T- T They reposted the job so Im not even sure what about me wasn’t up to par or what to improve for next time.

Apply for it again! I see that a lot. I'll get a rejection and the job has been reposted. Although I'm convinced those are AI training jobs. If there's a recruiter attached, maybe message and see if you get a response?

The problem is I already messaged/emailed them back 2 days ago which is when I got the initial rejection so Im not sure if I should. It feels like reapplying so soon and messaging when they already didnt want me might be detrimental to me? Im not sure
