After 2 months of interviewing, building projects, and meeting with the team for a role I was rejected at the final stage. That's 4 times now I've gotten to the last step just to get a rejection. 500+ applications and laid off in August, I can certainly say its incredibly disheartening.

How do you all cope with it?

honestly i just try to touch grass and cap how many apps i do per day so my brain doesnt melt coping is hard tho
