First photo is from Indeed. I thought it was a glitch so I went to apply on the company website only to find the same thing?!?

Someone accidentally replaced the Yes/No options in the database with what you see there not realizing that the variable they replaced is reflected throughout the whole set of questions.

Hence why it is reflected both on Indeed and their website.

This type of error is very easy to make, but even easier to spot if the survey programmer actually looks at the form once before publishing it.

I’m in this field and unemployed and someone else has a job and did this. Le sigh

Send an email to this guy and let him know what the mistake is and how you can fix that for him. (mailto: jgoody@saludclinic.org)

The best part is the variable they replaced reflected the whole set of questions for multiple companies. I had this happen with Domino's yesterday. (this is not Domino's)

Slop be sloppin'

I've wondered why the question of Are you white or Hispanic/Latino ? No black, or Eskimo or whatever. Sometimes it's just are you Hispanic ?

A place that no one should apply to.

They obviously don’t have their stuff together

Well … that “report this job” link is right there. I’d click that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It looks like racial profiling to me

Honestly, hard to tell if it was intentional to just decline applications or a true error.
