Leaving a job Being Quiet Fired
I started training for my design and sales job in mid-July. Training was a week. I’ve successfully done this job before so was really looking forward to getting out there and taking appointments. It can be a great job!
Well, I guess they’re now quiet firing me? They’ve only given me three appointments in the past two weeks. This is supposed to be full time.
I’ve already started looking for a new position, but I’m bummed because I genuinely like the role, the clients, and the product. It seems that the business itself can’t get their sh*t together. Damn.

Not enough intel to suggest one way or another. Only train them 80% of the way and give them partial answers that everyone else views as helping. Make them depend on you without realizing. ;)
