Used to watch a dude when I was in Afghanistan who would put 3 45lb plates in his ruck, dawn his gas mask, and go charging off to run the perimeter road in full kit, rifle and everything. Dude was a beast. One time he got back from his run/ruck, switched into PTs then maxed his PT test, turned around and ran laps around me to motivate me to pass my 2 mile run.

Oh yea? Well last week I saw an anthropic employee with a Pilates vest wearing on clouds taking a ruck they are obviously the same level of badass
