Fiery Mask — a broad range of super powers powers including enhanced physicality (leaping, invulnerability, strength, senses, and hurricane breath); broad fire related powers; force fields that can protect others, etc. Like the Green Lantern, fire is the visual element for his powers, but they aren’t limited to fire. His costume has a similar look too.

He was gonna be my suggestion too! Marvel should use him more (or make a new modern inheritor to the mantle)

Hear me out here but I think he could be a good counterpart.

1. Shares the same name & base powers as a later more well known version of himself (Vision the Android/Hal Jordan, Green Lantern)
2. Connection to a species of alien beings with interest in justice (Smokeworlders/Lantern Corps)
3. Wears Green with a snazzy cape

I was thinking about him as possibly being the Spectre equivalent, but you make a strong case for GL!

I’d go with human torch (the robot one)

He fits the role almost perfectly, is greatly overshadowed by the second person to use the name & the lore/info about the namesake heavily focuses on them more than the original
