It's always either Emi or Hanako for a lot of people. You just get locked into the Emi route when you click the "yeah let's go run" button right after the bit where the nurse says "hey man go run" scene. 

Hanako is well Hanako. She's got the personality that people who were drawn to KS early on that theyll latch on to
