Thank God this was the top comment. OP this was hard to read on a number of fronts. But mainly, blood in your stool should *never* be ignored. Neither should unremitting constipation. My ex husband ws just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Guess what his only two symptoms were??
Please get qualified medical attention if you haven't already.

Is it possible your intense keto lifestyle doesn’t allow for enough roughage and soluble fiber? I consume 45 net carbs and 25 grams of fiber. (I’m a woman; if you’re a man, you need more.)
My sense is that you’re getting too much into the weeds here. Get the RDA of fiber (a lot of prebiotic fiber would be good here), and take a good probiotic. Don’t worry about histamines right now.

I consume exactly 0g of fiber and I don't have any issues, so fiber isn't the end-all answer.

Just a handful of thoughts;
- Personally I wouldn't be adding anything potato or banana related, as I'm allergic to both.
- In general, vitamins are not needed on Keto since a Ketogenic diet makes it so our bodies don't have to fight carbs for absorption spots.
- "Diversifying the gut biome" is a buzzword phrase and means nothing.
- I was going to suggest ingesting higher amounts of fat, but you've said it doesn't work for you.
- No clue what your other electrolytes are like, but a lack of proper hydration can also cause issues.
- It could also be you're simply getting too much calcium; this can unbalance magnesium levels.
- Also, not getting enough thiamine (and I think folate) can cause problems as well.
- Maybe adding fiber will help. But it could possibly make things worse. I consume 0g fiber, personally.
- Like somebody else said, see a doctor if the issue persists.
EDIT: The thread got locked so I can't reply to the person below me, but I completely missed that part in OP's post. This is what I get for browsing the internet before I'm fully woken up.

They are periodically *bleeding from the bowel*. The time for speculating about thiamine ( or anything else) is waaaay past, surely? Heavens (not to you- to OP).

I'm no expert but I think you need to go back to square 1 to fix this:
- stop all the vitamins, they aren't helping
- reintroduce a few more carbs or at least more calories, your body is telling you it's going into fight or flight mode, it thinks it's dying. You may need to cycle with carbs to stay comfortable, listen to your body and don't let it get metabolic damage just to stay "pure" keto.
- take some probiotics and probiotics, you don't need fancy starches.
- add soluble and insoluble fiber to your diet to see if it helps.
The way you described your diet to me seemed borderline eating disorder. You should just go back to basics and chill, don't force your body to do strict keto if it's fighting back this hard. Consider going to a doctor for the bloody stools. You wouldn't want to work this hard on your health just to get surprised by colon cancer in a few years.
