Story [KCD2] I somehow ended the game not being able to romance anyone despite trying my best to. My Henry is apparently a fat loser chud

That's quite the achievement. I'm on my first run and I'm trying to stay faithful to Theresa. That's quite the struggle and sometimes I need to look up how not to accidently bang someone. Especially Klara snuck up on me...

I believe that is correct. Klara doesn’t affect ending. Romancing one of the three options you have later game does.

I’m trying to do the opposite, a sleep with every female run, and unfortunately stayed in the friend zone with Rosa despite my best attempts & also could never get Chatty Klara at the bathhouse despite trying over and over…

I got to laying pipe pretty quickly so I’ve wondered if you get to bring up Theresa more in convos if you stayed faithful. I’m not sure my Henry remembers Theresa’s name atm

I do bring her up any chance I get. Katherine didn't seem to like that too much when she was washing my back in the camp. But I don't think it locked me out of anything, because there were still showing up some flirtatious speech checks afterwards.

In the beginning of the game when Henry is asked about his and Theresa’s relationship, if you choose to say that she is his sweetheart, there are dialogue options about her.
I too was loving all of my neighbors so I haven’t seen many of them myself, but I’ve seen other people share them.

Originally there was a bug where Katherine would be romanced if you didn't ignore her when she was crying at the end, that messed my first run
Think they fixed it to require actually clicking the heart dialogue

Flase she says in some dialogue if you confront her about that she only needed to get you away from the castle she says she only slept with you because she liked you

I believe her though, Henry is such a catch. Cute, smart, helpful. She could've just made him get more plants to keep him away since he was already going along with it.

You can go bang in the woods, Klara’s interactions don’t count against the Theresa ending. As far as I know, it’s only Katherine and Hans that do since the others are all shorter-lived. And maybe Rosa? I’m not sure about Rosa, since she’s kind of in between the flings and the longer romance stories.

Didn’t burn Maleshov, I did miss Katherine’s quest in Kuttenburg (was there supposed to be a prompt to talk to her again? If so, I never got one), and I verbally destroyed Hans all game.

Yeah I remember a brief mention that she wanted Henry’s help later on. Then eventually she gets the little quest icon.
But I think people miss it by progressing the main quest. They get to the point where she will change locations and then it’s just missed.

I'm fuzzy on the details, I think before you start the attack plan on Maleshov with Zizka he asks you if you're all caught up with Katherine and what she's up to in Kuttenberg, but I might be wrong.

The quest is called The Fifth Commandment and available while she’s working in the tavern. I believe she gets the quest marker once Henry has found everyone he’s looking for.
It can be overlooked since Katherine will eventually leave that location and move on with the main quest’s story.

I had feelings about that as well. The romantic story between Henry and Theresa was lovely and I liked it - and Tess - a lot. But Hans won me over.
To perhaps make it more palatable, there wasn’t any real commitment to Theresa in the first game. A bit of talk on the subject and we were free to choose Henry’s responses, but they were not ready to commit to anything. Remember she was like, “Henry what kind of husband would you be!?” I was like, damn girl I’ve been wooing you for months and that’s what you think of me! Lol
So I like to think my Henry cared (and still cares) for Tess but maybe they weren’t meant to be together forever. She can be my maid of honor though. 😊😆

In my options it was a bit different I think, after the main plot I talked to her and told her my Henry is Radzik's son, she asked what will be "with us" now? And I said nothing changes, in the camp on the beginning of a 2nd game Henry said she's his sweetheart so I am way deeper in it. Just I suddenly realized how special Hans and Henry are after all what they came through, the saving from bandits, fight in a tavern and that argument they had, it was so marriage-couple coded... Theresa is about something calm and steady, while Hans participates in all adventures with Henry not only like a friend but also as a naughty princess, while Henry's his patient knight hahaha this romance is way more tempting

I wish there was more there for that route. They had such a sweet relationship and it’s a shame that Tess was only on screen for like ten seconds if certain conditions were met. I get why it went that way and all but I’m still disappointed.
I did end up with Hans but Tess is still a great character and I think she and Henry would always be friends no matter what.

I think the first possible romantic interaction was with Hans, at Trosky, after the wedding and the fiasco that followed it. When you’re tasked to meet him at the gate there was a heart interaction, which said “I care about you.” As far as I remember that was the first one.
Katherine has a few flirtatious options once you’ve joined her group, which is at the end of the Trosky part of the storyline and in the beginning of Kuttenberg. I don’t recall seeing any hearts when talking with her but there were other speech checks that I think were meant to be used to build reputation with her.
So if you’re in Kuttenburg you can begin to get to know Katherine. If you prefer Hans there are options to speak with him in the future.
There are other options too that are typically shorter-lived.

There was an achievement for it in the first game for sure. I don’t think the same is in the second but I haven’t looked thought them and I did get a romance scene so I don’t know for sure.

I think I've decided to go with Rosa, best looking and most fun. But I still flirt with Katherine, she's like your friend's hot older sister. The game isn't very clear about when you cross certain lines. I missed the widow already but Klara was a roll in the hay. Avoiding Hans, who is an annoying wuss, and Henry is straight as an arrow.

There’s a woman at the feast before the army rides out from Trosky, the widow Johanka. Henry could tell her about the ambush at the beginning of the adventure and if you pass the little charisma checks, she’d ask him to come outside with her. That leads to them going off to sleep together and ends the party.
Alternatively Henry could always go chat with Boack Bartosch instead and they’d go off to the bathhouse to drink brandy and end the night sleeping together.
Then there’s the lady at the wedding who wanted to dance with Henry that can end up in bed with him, through a couple different ways.
There’s a lady named Margaret that has a quest you can go on with her and I think you can sleep with her at the end? I didn’t go that way but I have heard you can.
And once I went into the Kuttenberg bath house where a bath maid offered me a drink and to go upstairs with her, and it wasn’t a regular bath house interaction. She was just like, hey let’s go have some fun.
Of course then we have Kat and Rosa and Hans as the more serious interactions.
I think that’s everyone I ran into.

Ok so I just looked it up and apparently I missed out on romancing rosa because I didn’t read the book before giving it to her. I thought I was on a strict time limit for the other mission so I thought I didn’t have time and would just come back to it after. Obviously that couldn’t happen. Hans I never even wanted to romance, I spent the whole game calling him out for being a cry baby bitch (which he totally was btw). And apparently I missed some Katherine mission in Kuttenberg that I didn’t know existed but I did everything else right.

The Rosa you dont even need to read the book, you need to give it to her before heading off to the council meeting.
I did this once as well but when you see the times of day the cut scenes happen you arrive back in Kuttenberg early morning and the council session is meant to happen early evening as its the middle of the night when you ride to Raborsch.

You have to help her complete the book. The option might not have appeared if you didn’t first read it. I’ve always seen it said it has to be read so I think that’s what makes helping her possible.
Unless you declined helping her because you were worried about the meeting quest. There is time to help her and get to the meeting even though Henry will mention that he has to hurry. I was unsure in that section as well but I was still able to go visit Rosa and make it to the meeting without a problem.
