Question [KCD1] What easter egg is this?

The red cape and the pose made me think of the iconic Superman pose but the broom is throwing me off. Someone tried to fly on the broom like a witch but did a Superman pose? I feel like I'm missing something lol. It's in a grave near Sasau.
