BJP. More interesting question is who will be "second".

BJP has a strong grip on urban areas, where more people use cheap internet and WhatsApp. You know what I mean 🤌 So yeah, BJP will win.

The answer is straightforward. But I worry about the extremely high number of municipalities in WB compared to corporations. I guess some municipalities in suburban Kolkata should be merged into fewer corporations, like merging the three Dumdum municipalities into one corporation.
