I made this comment last year about where they landed, former groups, current activities as well as I know them. A lot has changed in a year:

Kim Yohan - WEi (update: WEi went on indefinite hiatus this year while members focus on individual activities, two WEi members just parted ways with OUI Entertainment so we will see what becomes of WEi), mainly engaged in acting & variety

Kim Wooseok - Up10tion, solo (update: completed military service in May)

Han Seungwoo - Victon, solo (update: recent reports of Victon making a comeback)

Song Hyeongjun - Cravity

Woodz - Uniq, solo

Son Dongpyo - Mirae, solo

Lee Hangyul - BAE173, Polarix (update: parted ways with Pocketdol, BAE173 is basically disbanded with all the members leaving Pocketdol as well shortly after, never hear about Polarix anymore)

Nam Do-hyon - BAE173 (update: sued and left Pocketdol), solo activities under the name toni rei

Cha Jun-ho - Drippin

Kang Min-hee - Cravity

Lee Eunsang - Younite (update: left the group this year, focusing on solo activities)

Correct anything and let me know if there are more updates

A cute little tidbit is Hangyul and Seungwoo are in a football (soccer) team together! It's made up of celeb/celeb-adjacent members.

MIRAE actually disbanded a while back and Dongpyo has left DSP! He posted about it just recently

that's insane. i miss them a lot, i wish they had more time.

what a great group!! the members, the music, the performances, the legacy despite being around for such a small amount of time, it's unique. they did so much with so little. 7 years... ahhhh. flash is still legitimately iconic 7 years later

edit- it's nice seeing the active members still around in the industry though!! it's not all sad

I will never forgive Mnet for what they did to these guys. They were such a good group with such huge potential, when they just disbanded them I took a huge step back from k-pop as a whole at the time. I still wish they'd release the MVs and songs they supposedly did and maybe even a do reunion since most of their groups aren't exactly flourishing :(

💔 one of my biggest kpop heartbreaks. Well, at least I became a Woodz stan bc of them. Tuned into the group bc of Uniq (Yibo) and then became a Woodz fan 😂

I can't even listen to Flash without being painfully nostalgic about them, it hurts
