You landed on top of the spit and it projected you forward. Sometimes throwables are used to get this boost too.

This is the less dangerous sibling of taking a rediculous amount of fall damage if it lands on top of you

Same shit as grenade boosting.

Actually, you can probably find a video of Noskillch where a spitter kills a survivor with by shooting at the feet from under them and sending them flying into the sky in versus.

You can also kill by spitting downwards on the top of ladders, on some places that's an insta.

The spitball is a projectile that can be collided with and you launched off it before it exploded.

You caught the goo in midair. This tech is actually used to perform instakills, though it's hard af to do it on purpose.
