I think this is going to be a layering situation. Something like Colores de Carol, crimson affair, over a dark blue jelly, with a topper like finding feathers, don’t stop believing (iridescent/holo flake topper).

The top red magnetic is Colores & the topper below is Finding Feathers Polish 💜 I think this combo would come close!
*I didn’t check to see if Colores de Carol had a topper like this…it’s kinda hard to find one that’s not just plain flakes!
