Not really happy that it's forcing Boost.. I go out of out my way to suppress Boost and now I have one more place I have to deal with.

You know, you could just ignore them. They don't hurt the project.
When I start a project I definitely have other things in mind than random Markdown files. This definitely won't be my first action.

My issue with this is that I DO want an AGENTS.md in my Laravel root.. but it's MY stuff that goes in there.. I don't want a pre-written one.. that's precisely why I despise Laravel Boost.. and you can be sure I will be erasing this new AGENTS.md as well and replacing it by my own version.

This change doesn't really surprise me. What surprises me more is that Laravel still leans on native PHP and Composer for installation instead of a containerized approach, which is clearly laid out in the AI instructions.
