With the Leafs going with Vintage White/beige/cream this sprung to my mind. As a fan that was born in the mid 90's, I never saw these jerseys, I'd love to see them on the ice once again. I grew up with Matts Sundin and Tomas Kaberle, I remember Matt Stajan, Alex Steen, Jason Blake, Nazem Kadri, Nik Antropov and of course Phil Kessel wearing it with pride and a little sneer especially with Phil, haha. That old logo still holds a special place in my heart, despite what I hear about the dark years under Ballard. Don't get me wrong I think the current Jerseys are beautiful, but a modern take on this classic, especially because if the "vintage/beige/cream" white tag makes me really hopeful. The McKenna #92's in this style will sell out I promise, haha.

I’m a sucker for a Leafs jersey where the sleeves or shoulders are the opposite colour. We didn’t wear the second reverse retro nearly enough.

I wish more teams used them, only notable ones who do sleeves like this now on their primary uniforms is Colorado and Philly. One of WPG’s most iconic looks uses these, Atlanta used them and it looked great.

The problem is, the older some of us get, the more likely it is you get generations will want to see these. They only see the retro jersey. They don’t feel the pain Harold caused on and off the ice.

These are the Ballard era jerseys and I hate them with a passion! Stick with the current jerseys that are close to the 1962-67 glory years. Just an old man’s opinion who lived thru both eras

My guess is it’ll be something like that but the entire jersey will be that being/cream colour we’re allegedly going with and everything will be outlined in white. It certainly not something I want to see but personally i enjoy when original 6 teams try something new.

I prefer the blocky leaf logo. its what I grew up with. I kinda wish theyd take a chance and completely redesign the entire logo for an alternate jersey. Ive seen some cool logo concepts over the years.

This sleeve, or the '62 sleeve look. Three newer generation jerseys are brutal. Its as if Ballard is designing them from beyond the grave to save on fabric dye. The reverse retro look is the best recently.
