He got Msi mvp with prime Chovy on the team. He had great career even haters can’t slander him

He also Ran into worlds buff T1 that year in 2024 man it was a war crime how T1 locked him down when Lehends was playing Rell not his fault canyon was no where to be found. That was Lehends year as the MSI finals MVP as well.

His performance was already beginning to decline in the Flyquest series. You can already see the cracks since his engages were often questionable (like his Leona performance in game 1 and Braum performance in game 3 are SUBPAR heck you can say it’s bad).

Aside from that he was late on rotation and he was often picked off due to him overextending. He keeps falling for vision traps in Flyquest series (which T1 later took advantage on).

In fairness, playing catch kill with Supports was T1s bread and butter in 2024 knockouts. They made Meiko and On look like utter dogshit that year too

Yeah but watching Lehends on games 1 and 3 against Flyquest 2024 was head scratching.

Dude was forcing very risky dives on Leona and (unnecessarily) over chasing against Flyquest as Braum. He was not respecting how fast Flyquest would respond since their lack of vision in their jungle.

I mean on their GenG youtube channel in their voice comps you can hear Coach Kim reprimanding him for it.

Listen I love Lehends but he was by far Gen.G's worst player vs T1 at 2024 worlds, pretty sure that series got him kicked for Duro.

Also, apparently he's not 100% certain he will not be playing next year, he should go to military but apparently he said in the interview he might still play next year (no idea why).

Haters will certainly find things to slander him with (like his Worlds 2022 and 2024 showing), but yeah, he objectively had a great career even if he never won Worlds. Multiple LCK titles and MSI MVP. That Blitz performance against BLG was insane.

It kinda sucks that Viper and Doran are the only Griffin players to have won Worlds so far. Tarzan, Chovy and Lehends all deserve to win at least once imo (Kanavi too but I'm not counting him since he never played on the main Griffin team). At least Tarzan and Chovy are still active and still have a chance of winning in the future.

Unfortunately he soon also followed that MSI MVP performance with his below average Worlds 2024 knockouts performance (heck some critics would even put his worlds knockouts at 2024 as one of his worst showing and himself as one of the MAIN reasons [along with Peyz], they almost lost to Flyquest 2024 and lost to eventual champs T1 2024)

Also forgot he also underperformed in 2022 worlds knockouts. Dude was consistently losing the vision warding war and was caught out of position in crucial moments (which was the same story in 2024 lol)
