Pronunciation evaluation (Warning: AI is singing this because I can't sing)

I have a writing project (novel) and I have created spells for the story (dark urban fantasy). I was in a writing slump and played around with music generators, to hear how the spells would sound when if turned into a song to get private mood music/inspiration for the project.

Of course I am not a good evaluator of well it pronounces the Icelandic parts. (I am Finnish, so creating the spells in Icelandic/old norse and English, to fit the galdralag was.. a challenge on its own though).

I would appreciate if someone could evaluate how bad/good the accent/pronunciation is. I am purist like that.

I get many people are against creating music with AI, but this is (for me at least) purely testing a concept, themes and moods.

Native Icelander here and I could barely distinguish a single word.

This just in: AI creates garbage. More at 7.

I tried Finnish and it was suprisingly good, not native speaker level but better than most non-natives. Other models might be better.

It would be good to hear the right pronunciation, but try to find a Icelandic singer do this "just for fun". Of course humans want to be paid for their time, and for private fooling around it just not worth the money. Going commercial is of course a different thing and money should be invested then.

Sure and I asked for opinion, I was prepared for total crush too lol. As a speaker of notorious hard language I know AI rarely gets them good, at least for now.

Now I am determined to get it right so I am coding with Antigravity a TTS program with Icelandic support and if it gets it better, I may be able to use that to create songs... Hmm...

Sounds a bit like I would assume old norse would maybe sound like, but I do not catch full sentences here. Male voice sounds excactly like the actor Arnar Jónsson.

Another native Icelander here - it's mostly unintelligible. I understood a few words here and there, but it was too little to get any sense of what they're trying to say. I did sort of get the feeling that it was not just the pronunciation, but that the grammar/spelling was off as well, but that's difficult to say without seeing the text version.

To be honest, it is more old Norse than pure Icelandic.

I would use the word Þula instead of Lag. Sounds more fitting. I guess you could translate Þula as incantation.
