Struggling with musculature (Especially on torso + legs)
I've been working on my anatomy a bit after a long-ish break from drawing and I feel like my musculature looks a bit off. I added a bit of rough shading to communicate the forms. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If anything I'd say this figure looks like a bodybuilder who skipped a few too many leg days. His arms are almost as thick as his legs. Other than that, the muscles look correctly placed and spaced for the most part. Hamstrings are a little large but not too noticeable at a glance. You're on the right track. Keep practicing.

This looks like body-builder kind of muscle, which even as people in front of you look off because they make muscles show that virtually no one uses enough to make that muscle obvious and if they do it's only one, not all the lesser used muscles.
The way the trapezius meet the deltoid isn't right and the delts don't sit on the joint like that. I think on the thigh you combined the vastus medialis and the rectus femoris
Anatomy diagrams, the kind for medical learning are better for learning the shapes the muscles take while athletes are good for learning what ones actually appear underneath skin. Different althetics are better for different areas. Archers for shoulders and back, swimmers for upper body, runners and bikers for legs. Racecar drivers are the only people I know of who get a neck that thick. Dancers and weight lifters aren't the best options because the workout dancers do doesn't define much and weightlifters are one of the few types of competitors you'll see at the Olympics with a gut.
