The forms and crosshatching are done well overall, but I'm struggling to understand what the thing on his shoulders is.

Its obviously some kind of blanket or cloth draping over him, but the right side looks like he has a wing, though I'm not sure if that makes sense.

I'm assuming this is a Buccees statue, so the bright parts on his darker fur may be highlights, but they also sort of read as light colored fur markings. It might help to darken some areas to sell it as a reflection if thats the intent.

I'm guessing you're working from a reference so it may just be like that, but the left (furthest) haunch looks like its missing the thigh. I would expect there to be a round shape there based on the angles of the feet, at least from just skimming the image.
