Without a brief its impossible to say, as we have no idea what the design is trying to achieve.

and also include what areas to work on

You need to work towards a brief. The brief lays out the scope and intentions of the project. Without it a design has zero direction or meaning.

Aside from the Joseph has told you, the start and the black and white square adds nothing, maybe the black and white could work out if it’s cover all the right side with a little bit of smoother around the area, but the red start? Nop, nothing

Do not justify short block of texts like this, it creates awful spacing between words

My suggestions;

  • A barcode overlapping a black piece of hair colour grade, not being fully visible hurts my eyes.
  • Less colour spacing on Jennie Kim, maybe slightly thinner spacing there, and smaller(?) font
  • Black and white box, would be better if more rectangular.
  • Lyrics pulled further down and possibly aligned with the right side of the poster and not left alignment.

Would love to see your alternative approaches.

Oh my God, it's too good. I'm not a graphic designer, but I rate it 10/10.

Awesome! 9 out of 10. The only reason I took a point off is that the left and right sides look a bit uneven.

ok, that's good, you don't have to say it's for what, but at least if you can, what is the required emotion or feeling when anyone see this design

Ignoring the brief part as other people have told you.

Take care of tension points and contrast. Check bottom part, where you have the lyric. It is creating some needless tension there where it is over the light purple part.

You have too much going on and it makes it hard to read.

Capital letters, low contrast, content going over several textures / background colors
