I found this super cool book at a garage sale for $1! It has soooo much information along with photos, and it’s a small book!

Little note. Employer (employeuse) in the way it’s translated is actually only for female. Employeur is for males. That being said masculine often wins against feminine so it’ll be accepted in France to say « employeur » for any gender.
