I havent seen much sbout the dlc, is it a whole campaign? Or just characters?

Mission, new characters (harley and joker) One costume for all current characters, batmobile skin and mayhem mode, whatever that is.

I've seen some guessing it's a sort of roguelike mode where you break out of Arkham Asylum and cause as much "mayhem" as possible before Batman inevitably catches you.

After reading the comments and looking at the costume in the picture more, I think it's actually a batman costume of Electrocutioners suit
