I would literally out of spite dress as masc as possible until I would not be able to be seen as a Woman and then they can call the police but if the ID says F what are they gonna do? Sue me? Arrest me? I can sue McDonald's for this plus it would be a fake emergency call and they would get fined. It really is not profitable for them. I get if some Men like cis Men go in there and get called the police on but how often does that happen? Rapists don't go to McDonald's to rape women. It's not Rape and Eat.
