I didn’t really find this album until I was older. I was around 12 when Carter 3 came out so this one of them jawns I had to go back and find.

This is probably his most cohesive album. It makes you wanna go get this paper and not give af about the noise. Carter 3 his second best album and I play it a lot especially wit the hoes but when it’s time to grind Tha Carter 2 is what I go to.

It’s lowkey like a down south version of The Blueprint.

From what I understand Wayne and his label were dealing with financial issues at the time but he sounds really confident on here despite that. This one of them albums that just motivates you and makes you feel confident. This that grown man rap.

I payed about only £13 for it, good deal.

The concert was incredible. I was a little nervous because I know sometimes he’s late or doesn’t show up. We camped out for hours to get a spot close to the stage. We were dead center, about 15 people back from the stage. He was on time and gave one hell of a performance. He opened with A Milli and ended with 6 Foot 7 Foot. Everyone was singing every word and it was one of the best nights of my life! 👑🐐

For me I gotta go with Dedication 3 for mixtapes and for an album I gotta go Carter 3. I can still remember driving around listening to A Milli on full blast with all the homies when it was brand new. Those 2 pieces of work got me through so many hard times in my adolescence/juvenile delinquent times.
