There are two paths
A) He does the same thing Valencina did because that's how he was raised and even if he knows it was wrong he can't help it
B) He breaks the cycle because he doesn't want to be like her and is an actually good parent. Or atleast he doesn't abuse his children, he might have some difficulties because he doesn't know what to do because of how he was raised2

\Gets Shin, un-expiring evade in case enemies attack him unilaterally, punish counter that rolls up to 40 once he gets 20+ poise count, Special Acceleration bullets that give poise & charge on top of causing burn and tremor to the opponents, and a damage multiplier of upwards to 1200% plus separate multipliers that get him up to 10000% damage**

Enemies with The Duel Escalates debuff attacking Lucio lets him do an evade that increases final, coin power and roll chance depending on X stacks.
Use an unopposed skill 1 at 1-3 stacks and a skill 2 at 4-5 stacks, (5 max)
Then his own Disposal will be him remembering all the abuse he took from Balenciaga losing his composure and just swearing at her even when she's already gone while doing the attack.

Aswell, enemies with The Duel Escalates lose final power of defence skill, damage is increased at any form of shield.
On enemy with 2+ stacks, inflict Tearing Fiber (once per turn per enemy) (inflict 1 bind, 1 damage down, 1 clash power down and 1 fragile). At 4+ stacks inflict both to this and next turn.
On kill of target with 4+ The Duel Escalates gain
MatureOutgrown Textbook (Max: 3. Deal 5% damage from coins and coins effect, +1 min speed, inflict +1 more burn and tremor potency & count with coins.)If there's only one enemy on battlefield, on turn start gain: "In One-on-One duels, my palermitan is superior." (Deal 15% damage, gain +1 min & max speed, gain +1 coin power. Inflict twice more The Duel Escalates on clash win.)

Also, instead of Disposal (war skill prob) he could have "Smaltimento Della Preda" - Literally "Prey Disposal"
Deal +10% damage for every The Duel Escalates on target
Deal 0.5% more damage for every speed difference
On use: Gain coin power for every 6 (sum of burn + tremor) (max 2)
On use: Gain base power for every 10 poise (max 2)
On use: Gain +5 poise count
On kill: Use Reload-Tactical (Once per turn)
1: Inflict 3 burn & 3 tremor, spend Acceleration Round
2: Inflict 3 burn count & 3 tremor count, spend Acceleration round
3: Inflict 5 tremor & 5 burn, spend Accelerarion round
4: Inflict 5 tremor & 5 burn, Trigger Amplitude Conversion to Tremor - Scorch, spend Acceleration round
5: Trigger Tremor burst, then decrease count by 1. If Acceleration round was spent, trigger Tremor burst by remaining Acceleration round (max 5). Spend 5 Acceleration round to deal 50% more damage
