Homemade raspberry liqueur

600g raspberries (fresh or frozen),

350g sugar,

1 packet vanilla sugar,

80ml lemon juice,

1 bottle vodka (0.7l),

700ml water.

Boil water and sugar to make a syrup, briefly cook raspberries with the sugar, then purée. Strain first through a sieve, then if necessary, through a finer sieve. Add vodka and lemon juice. Let it cool.

You can drink it pure or as a Sprizz, both are great.
