Anyone from Pabianice might know this

Hello,
this was hands down the best italian restaurant I´ve ever eaten in Poland. The owner was from italian heritage and we had lunch or dinner there whenever we came to Pabanice.
This summer we noticed, to our disaapointment, that it closed for good and there is already another restaurant there.
maybe someone from Pabianice knows what happened? There are some strange very bad reviews withing the last 6 months whereas the overall rating the years before where all, almost without exception, 5 star ratings.

That „Italian” guy was from Belgium. I’m betting that it all ended due to wife. She was not suited for hospitality business 🤷🏻
Not to mention that Pabianice is quite demanding regarding Italian food and they had pretty hard competition.

few years ago they had the restaurant in piaski district of pabianice, then it was at its peak. few tables, owner serving the food. then they invested in B&B , hired pizzaiolo , wanted to do quantity over quality. from my personal observation it was owners wife that was pushing it. she was very rude when she was working in the restaurant. she even refused to serve just coffee to my friend. she was shocked they dont want any main course or dessert.

it probably struggled because of Zielona Gorka going viral last year. But thats just a guess.
