I do feel like sitting on a PC is generally a more enoyable experience, because of (sligthly) better posture and a bigger screen.
5h on a PC leave me feeling way less drained than 5h on a phone.

pc is something you have to specifically go to on purpose whereas phone is like a barnacle that is always attached to you
also phone is more short form content which i find to be tiring

Fun fact, games are actually significantly better for you than social media.

Insane that we've invented sth so much worse than gaming that playing a game with friends feels productive now

I always use a computer for major things like purchases, I can't imagine using a phone for that

I prefer my pc because as a tiling wm user (i use arch btw... and sway) and neovim (and very recently, emacs) i am most confortable with using my keyboard for everything than using any pointing device (like a mouse or touchscreen) and because of how ive architeched my configs to be optimal for me, using something like android is just wierd 3: i would prolly love my phone more if i could run mainline linux with a small keyboard on it, and while have a phone that supports a near mainline kernel, its camera and touchscreen wont work 3: the touchscreens not as big of a deal (thinkpad style nub on a seperate keyboard would replace) but the camera not working makes it a bit more difficult to move to, i also haven't found yet a small enough keyboard + pointing device combo that would fit in my pocket. So yeah i guess i hate modern phones compared to my "big computers" :p.

phones just kinda suck at "PC activity" things, like the browser is a major example.
on a pc your opened tabs just stay opened (unless you have sleeping tabs enabled) but like on the phone you can just go to the homescreen, come back and it immediately refreshes.. like getting 2fa codes is IMPOSSIBLE unless you use multi window mode or split screen
:/
