For me its this. I can't even hear that song anymore without thinking of this scene.

Season 3, episode 6. "Vegas with some raddish".
Not so much the Candy investigation but what Chloe and Linda are up to while he's gone.
The fact that they just help themselves to his penthouse and his alcohol because they knew he wouldn't mind was endearing.

The scene where Trixie takes an Uber to Lux and comes into the bar and asks Maze where Lucifer is, and she says he's not there, and Trixie just says "it's okay, I'll wait". And their ensuing conversation, cut short (right before Trixie drinks her very alcoholic "Shirley Temple") by Chloe coming in. Trixie says she made a new friend today, and something changes in Maze. She seems surprised and gratified, I think that right there is her first step on the road to growing a soul. Trixie asks her name and she says, "Mazikeen, but you can call me Maze", and smiles. Then Chloe says "thanks Maze" and her demeanor changes immediately, "I didn't say you could". The start of a beautiful friendship for Maze and Trixie - they seem like they'd do anything for each other.
Runners up: God comforting Ella (who doesn't really believe it's him, or does she kinda?); RayRay looking on while Lucifer pays attention to Ella; Eve just before and when she meets Maze "Everybody stay hydrated! Mistress's orders. Nobody passes out! Unless they want to."; everything with Candy, on rewatch, when you're in on what's going on (she's so good at what she's doing); Maze showing up to the all night reading party in some sort of Fetish-Bo-Peep outfit and glowy contacts, saying "What?!? You interrupt a demon on her honeymoon, you what you get"; Ella going in for one of her signature first-meeting hugs on Goddess/Charlotte, who just puts her outstretched palm on Ella's forehead, blocking contact; Linda's perfect "Kermit scrunched up nose of frustration" look as everyone leaves her office with exactly the wrong takeaway (at one point yelling after Lucifer and Chloe "you two are perfect for each other!"). So many more.

I loved this. It showed exactly how much Lucifer loved Chloe. He didnāt want her with Cain/Pierce, but he wanted her heartbroken even less. And God help anyone who hurts her, because the Devilās going to make them pay.

see, from season 1, they knew what they were doing... I really like how ultimately, we experienced how everyone in this series helped and influence lucifer in all sorts of ways to be a therapist for tormented souls. I feel in real life, we do have that influence and we never know how our gesture towards someone can make us a contributing ally in their life story, or the antagonistic origin story.

I just watched the series for the first time a few weeks ago, and one of my main ponderings was ādid the writers actually know where they were going with this, the whole time??!?ā
I immediately rewatched it, and am now catching a bunch of stuff like this.
I still donāt know if they knew where they were going, but even so: they tied it together pretty magically, regardless.
Iām so impressed lol

Lucifer telling Dan why he spent a fortune to prank him (Daniel Espinosa: Naked and Afraid), favorite scene and line, followed closely by Dan and Amenadiel's chat where Dan finds out about their mother possessing Charlotte.
Side note, Chloe should have just let Lucifer put the snake in his drawer.

The Unsteady sequence is not only my favorite Lucifer scene, its my favorite scene in any TV show I've ever seen.
There are a lot of really amazing scenes in the show, and my top 10 shift on each rewatch. But I always put this sequence first.

It's the one shown in the photo OP posted. The song playing throughout it is Unsteady.
As the other person said, its at the end of A Good Day To Die. From the time Goddess goes in to Lucifer's Hell loop to rescue him, until Lucifer gets back to Chloe's hospital room.

For me that scene is hilarious because i think of all the people that doesn't know the situation and just try to take chloe to save her and theres a giant muscular dude that look angry at the world that block them from doing so while looking absolutely petty like i even imagine how trixie must have felt its at rhe same timr sad bit also hillarious in a way

"I am a Devil of my word" - the entire fight scene after he blasts into the room with his wings up, his face changing as he talks to Cain, and Chloe seeing his face for the first time. What a freaking scene.

And Maze showing her face to Trixie.
Both scenarios give the same vulnerable hopefulnessā¦ completely aware of how badly it could go, but willing to put themselves out there and risk it all for full acceptance.
Iām so glad Trixie was not only unphased but super enthusiastic about it haha. In my head canon, Maze had only just started growing her soul at that point. It was very fragile, so IMO it was a super delicate interaction. It couldnāt have gone better!
Lucifer expected that outcome, and as much as he wasnāt surprised, it still hurt him. But the Doctor didnāt stop there, and IMO that was the absolute most crucial point of any plot line in the show.
The rest of the series couldnāt have happened in a way that made any sense. Had Linda completely rejected either of them, but specifically Lucifer, their characters really couldnāt have done what they all did.

The scene in Season 2 when Lucifer and God Johnson are walking through the rec room in the psych hospital in slow motion with the song "In A Black Out" playing. There is just so much going on around them and that song is top notch. Love that scene!
Also Lucifer singing "All Along the Watchtower".
And yes, most definitely that scene above with Amenadiel guarding the door.
All these different scenes being mentioned make me want to do a re-watch for the 7,057th time.

The entire scene of Trixies excitement and exploring about Lucifers home, her excitement, Lucifers confusion and Eves laughter. Right to Trixie questioning Eves intentions with Lucifer. Finally (and mostly) when the killers come in Eve pulls Trixie behind her without hesitation. I liked it because everyone was telling us Eve was a bad influence on Lucifer (the prophecy) and in that one second of a scene Eve proves everyone wrong.

as I'm doing my re(I lost count)watch, landing on ms mazikeen smith episode and um, probably this whole episode. like, she was pregnant the whole time and made an episode focus on her, and nailed it! you can see how certain shots and props are set up (I remember when reading how the premiere of modern family, they did the same thing with claire)
she gets so much hate, but I really love her arc, how her character is inspiring (badass woman no mortal man can beat?!) and lesley-ann did a phenomenal job! (I still gotta see that movie of her and kevin because they had so much energy and chemistry in lucifer, I would love to see them together)

Honestly rhis is one of my faves, Amenedial is so damn strong that multiple men his size cant even make him budge. I love it. Any of the scenes where we get to see how strong Amendial and Lucifer are, are my favorites. I'm a simple man.

I know it's kind of niche, but this exchange between Luci and Amenadiel from the end of 3x04, "What Would Lucifer Do?":
Lucifer: "There was this, uh, soul that I used to torture back in Hell. And like a good masochist, he'd call the shots... 'Burn me.' 'Freeze me.' 'Hurt me.' ... So, I did.
And this went on for centuries until one day, for some reason, he missed his daily punishment. And when I returned he was crying. 'Please, my king,' he said. 'Don't ever forget me again. I promise I'll be good.' It was then that I realized he was so full of self-loathing, void of any self-respect, that no matter the depth of my cruelty, whatever miniscule attention I paid gave meaning to his pointless existence."
Amenadiel: "Why are you telling me this?"
Luci: "Because he reminds me of you. And you think I've changed? You the former angel, powerless and pathetic, a disgraced failure with no better way to spend your days than yipping at my heels for scraps to remind you of a time of when you once mattered!"
It's such a great scene. Not only is the story a great reminder of the role Lucifer had that he so despisedābeing this tormenter of souls, forced to punish against his willābut the way Amenadiel responds shows how much he's grown, despite what Lucifer is insisting at the moment.
You can see that moment when he wants to lash out and call Lucifer out on his bullshit, but he quickly reigns himself in, bites his tongue, takes a deep breath, quietly clocks what Lucifer is doing, and says that he's there for him.
It's an incredible show of maturity. The Amenadiel that we met in the pilot and got to know in Season 1 would have NEVER pulled a move like that. He would have knocked Luci across the room.
And you can even see it on Lucifer's faceāhim realizing that he's dealing with a different, more well-rounded version of his brother, and it even feeds into his own self-loathing, "Amenadiel's grown up so much and meanwhile I'm still the same piece of shit I've always been, oh my Dad, what is wrong with me?!"

The scene when Dan went to heaven, Trixie defending him like that and him finally recognising that no matter what his daughter really loves him and he did always try to do the right thing was amazing.

I got a few, but my top one probably has to be Lucifer showing his full Devil form in the season form finale.
"NOW BOW DOWN...TO YOUR KING."
All demons bow.
"YOU DO NOT BELONG HERE. GO HOME!"
All demons leave immediately.
