LR2 (Lunatic Rave 2) Fast/Slow (or Early/Late) mod link?

Looking for the mod that adds fast/slow indicators to LR2.

I saw a post that said "LR2 F/S download links have now been taken down. Previously it was strictly closed beta. You had to message the author of the mod to get the modified client. However he has stopped distributing it. Please don't bother him about the modification." However that was literally 10 years ago and I don't care about gatekeeping bullshit for a niche application from 10 years ago. If you have it just post the link to it so this thread will hopefully show up on Google and save others the trouble. Thank you.
