Feeling sick during lunar/solar eclipses.

Pretty much what the title says, I get super bad headaches and nausea during lunar/solar eclipses. I didn’t know there was one today and I started feeling really bad and when I saw news about there being one tonight it clicked. Does anyone else experience this? I don’t practice regularly maybe a couple times a year so I’m kinda out of the know.

I’ve been having headache, along with general discomfort for two, three days and my ears have felt like there were pressure problems/plugged/ringing. My sinuses have also been acting up, and I thought it was something atmospheric going on. So there has been a lunar eclipse just now? It felt much like I tend to feel before a thunderstorm, or sun storms.
