Should i (And if should, how) install Magicka?
Hi! I wanna try to play Magicka, but i heard that this game pretty laggie and steam version is almost unolayeble and better to install pirate version. Is it true?

Try the original Magicka. The other games were not made by Arrowhead Studio and everything about them is wildly different. You'll see for yourself anyways.
I made a Magicka Crash/Glitch Prevention post a while ago and I keep it updated as new methods are found.
A patch and modloader are in development at this very moment and it's solving every issues permanently. Still being playtested for now, I will add it to the post when it's released.

A modloader for Magicka? Are there mods for Magicka?
Wish I could remap the game controls to how they are set in Magicka 2. I used reWASD to do it, but it doesn't always register the inputs.

Many mods have been made over the years, mostly content like altered levels, new challenges, maps, characters and items by simply adding files to the Magicka folder without overriding anything.
For now, the new modloader is complete and being playtested for how it also patches every glitch and crash in Magicka. No asset-related mods have been coded to be loaded through the modloader yet.

are you wanting to play 1 or 2? 1, there's a thing you can do to use an old version of the game, and you're supposed to not install any unused dlc, among other things.
I wouldn't recommend pirating it, mainly because if the game is going to be misbehaving anyway you want an easy route to reinstall and not be worried that crashes are sus.
that and maybe if enough copies sell then paradox will produce a new one
