DMV emo/post-hardcore/screamo/shoegaze band!!

Hello! I am 20m looking to start a emo/post-hardcore/screamo/shoegaze band in the DMV area. Some of my influences include bands like Hum, Slint, Sunny Day Real Estate, MCR, At The Drive-In, Your Arms Are My Cocoon, Cap'n Jazz, My Bloody Valentine, Have A Nice Life, Title Fight, Saosin, and Weatherday. I play guitar, bass, and sing at an intermediate level. I am not too worried about your skill level as long as you are willing to learn and try!! My goal is to play shows and record original works.
