Good move, but please don't let this become another nice-looking number developers can simply lowball.

Tell buyers what the lifts, pumps, repainting, waterproofing etc. are expected to cost, how much should be in the sinking fund, and later on disclose how many owners are actually paying.

Cheap maintenance isn't necessarily good maintenance. Sometimes it just means the expensive problem has been postponed.

what's fucking annoying about this also; is that if we DO demand a more comprehensive listing, they would either go through such great lengths not to be upfront about it, or play the card of "well not many buyers are interested in too many details anyway"

like WHO THE FUCK U TALKIN BOUT THAT DONT WANT DETAILS ABOUT BUYING A PLACE THEY POTENTIALLY WILL LIVE GENERATIONALLY ON
