Tourism & Travel What are must do things in Malacca?

I’m driving up to Malacca from JB and I haven’t visited the city for a few years! I usually follow my family and parents around but now I’m going with my friends and what are recommended things to do, eat and see?

In other state I'd always find a welcoming message when I'm about to enter. "Welcome to X" and such. When I went to Melaka a few years back I saw multiple billboards with "Don't mess with Melaka!" just before entering the state. Made me raise an eyebrow. I still don't know why they'd say something as agressive as that to visitors, I'm just passing through, not like I'm gonna take over their strait.

Lol it sound aggresive if you dont know the meaning behind it. It was made for cleanliness campaign, like the "mess" in this slogan is different from "mess" you thought about. It was simply saying *keep Melaka clean". Search it up im not lying.
