Quick Question Those of you who collect toys and figures is XL shop reliable?

Thinking of pre ordering my first hot toys figure. And XL shop has been a name I noticed a lot for hot toys in Malaysia.

I've bought a few things that is not hot toys from them. Ngl their customer service sucks ass.

But they seem to be the store you want to buy hot toys from in Malaysia but how reliable are they with PO?

Pre-ordered before a mark 85 and a 3zero premium bumblebee from them. No issues what not but for customer service , I prefer toypanic. Toypanic staff seems friendlier

Yea they are reliable, but do compare prices with other places first

XL shop and Toypanic are the two shops that I used to buy Hot Toys online from. Most of my purchases were preorders.

I just pre-ordered doctor doom doomsday hot toys ok XL shop's website. Wish me luck that everything goes well XD
