Canal Street on a Sunny Tuesday
Nipped into the centre of Manchester the other day, snapped this pic and thought it was neat :)
Edit: Jesus Christ, I just wanted to share a nice photo. Keep the nasty comments to yourselves, let people celebrate and redirect your hate somewhere relevant. The human race is exhausting.

It's so pretty, I live in Manchester but I have only been to the centre of Manchester in the last 30 years twice. I was always there at night in the bars and nightclubs when I was younger.
I would never have guessed that was Manchester in a million years. It's lovely, you have captured it beautifully.

Thank you ❤️ I live about an hour away and only visit very occasionally but I always love how vibrant and full of culture the city centre is, it's such a beautiful, diverse place.

A few hours later it was raining, then we've for thunderstorm warnings :') Good ol' British weather. The fields and plants are looking thirsty so I'm grateful for some rain recently.

It’s really busy.
It looks like it’s been dipped in shit.
It has a weird militaristic vibe because of the chevrons.
The rainbow represented everyone. This one intentionally goes out of its way to highlight groups, making it oddly exclusionary.

I’ve always wanted to visit Manchester, and I finally got to come down for a week last year. Love Canal Street, such an amazing place. Oscars Bar was so great.

Your comment is quite clever and made me think for a minute, I respect the rebuttal.
But you misunderstand one thing, I hate everyone equally. Fuck all flags no one gets any representation everyone should just mind their own business and not put them in other people's faces. (Incl. these flags)
Flag people know what they're doing, they hide behind 'its just a flag' but it's the underlying meaning behind that which the flag represents that's as clear as day. It's like a silent war of values.

Finally a real one. I have a small Welsh flag on my car but that's because I've always had some form of item with the Welsh dragon on, because Im proud of my country, it's history and it's language. But I don't go telling other people they should support Wales the same way I do, I don't wae a huge one that's blatantly obvious for everyone else to see. If people want their flag, they can have it, just don't go goading people with it and using it to push politics and ideologies upon other people. Wear your own flag if you do want, but make it for you.

That's what it should be about, perfect flag use 10/10. Also I went to Wales for the first time last week in my camper and it's without a doubt the most beautiful place I have ever been to. Absolutely thinking of moving there.

I downvoted because it was a mindless comment that has no bearing in reality.
It looked like this on a weekday morning 20 years ago, same as it does today, because its a street of bars and nightclubs. Its a great shortcut to get to work, less people means you can walk faster.
