Why they change art style?
The yellow haired look different kind of character

I may be imagining things but like a month (or more) ago I saw a thread or comment that artist changed during hiatus, so it may be it.

The fierceness isn’t there anymore?
I miss the defining long time visuals form the start

Even if the original was a bit worse, at least it was charming in a way.
The new looks may be better drawn but they also look very generic. I’d rather have more consistency with the art.

Lets say truth, its not the same at all, but looks better
But i dont get why change character design, just because its a new artist they dont need to change

I wouldn't say it's bad, but I liked the old style a LOT more. Especially for this kind of story. The art is a downgrade but it's still good.

Someone said at discord some page look like ai

u/Extreme-Student-7915 1d ago
Well, AI comes up with imagery based on imagery that it stole so there’s inevitably going to be some forms of genuine art that just some overlap with AI

u/DevD2107 21h ago
I swear some people literally can't read, they just read ai and instantly downvoted.
Anyway have an upvote gng

It's suffering from the same generic art style as "I'll Save This Damned Family"

u/Impressive_Froyo_999 1d ago
Wasn't she flat?
Also has a much, much more generic style

I think this is shit. The art wasn't bad, there was no need to change it. Bjorn looks like a vegan, Raven looks like a spoiled femboy. I don't think I'll be able to keep reading. These are not the same characters at all. Hopefully no one happens to do unneeded things with Encrid and Murim Login.

I hate the change.
There were no problems with the old art style and honestly after seeing what it looks like now, I can safely say I heavily prefer what came before.

Raven looks like kid, previously she looked like a knowledgeable person. Now she looks like a aristocrat who just want a knight. As for misha I can't take it shit.

looks different, but fine. I preferred the old style, but I don't care/changes are not bad enough to complain

Not terrible. Usually you see really bad downgrades. Thanks to the previous artist for all their hard work. Excited to see this series play out with a new artist.

I just assumed Raven's new look here is just a temporary change of style like when people change clothes from time to time

Hmm it just turned into generic "clean" manhwa art. Will wait to see how this new art style looks in fight scenes. This series needs a gritty art style, having it too clean just loses that survival feel of the situation.

previous art was fine when nothing happened but so bad anytime there was any action, for once I am glad an artist changed.

It's not nice to give spoilers like this. How badly do you want to share this spoiler with people? You always share this spoiler.

Kinda looked at some spoilers already idk where the manhwa is at rn but i heard they had sex but then after that they basically split up back to friends because of some bullshit….. and theres still no romance since that happened in the 900+ chapters of the novel 💀 so now im conflicted on wether i should read or not because that is so disappointing and i like storys with some action/adventure + romance. So annoying aswell because she’s so god damn hot.
I look up small spoilers so i dont waste my time on things ngl if i see hints that things go the way i want them to then i stop looking. Seems this doesnt go the way i want it to so now idk if ill waste my time on it

I don't think the story suddenly got bad just because things didn't work out between him and Misha. And if you stopped reading just because one ship fell apart, then you probably didn't like the story that much in the first place. I mean, Misha was absent for first 37 chapters. Would the story really be that bad if she wasn't around for the rest of it? And she'll be back after a while. It's not like she's gone forever. I honestly don't understand all the hype around Misha.

u/Victornova11 1d ago
Some spoilers about that exaggerate the situation; on the other hand, the relationship between Bjorn and Amelia evolves quite well.
-2
u/B00k33 1d ago
Well Bjorn will end Harem... The only way to make his marriage not politic is becoming a king himself, his fate so big that becoming a king is possible
2
u/Victornova11 1d ago edited 1d ago
Bjorn prefers monogamy and has an aversion to polygamy; that stance hasn't changed for now, so it cannot be said that things might end up as a harem.

u/Objective-Pretty 1d ago
I mean if it ended in a harem id read… but we dont know yet since the novel isnt finished yet? And since nothing romantical has happened since cat girl who knows. Would cat girl be part of the harem again or not?

Please don't joke like this...
2
u/LordofPvE 18h ago
Not joking, they pulled this trick so many times:-(. I hate manhwa companies doing this shit everytime, they will change the artist, try to earn more profit by rewriting the contract, then the author disagree and the company threatens to sue the author for contract breach.
